Atlantic Healthcare Products ships to all addresses within the U.S.; however, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Equipment Shipping & Delivery Options
Free Standard Nationwide Delivery on purchases over $100.00
Many items ship FedEx or UPS and will be delivered to your doorstep. Large items will ship via freight carrier and be delivered to your doorstep, driveway, or nearest accessible location. The freight carrier will call you directly to schedule a convenient time for delivery.
Please note, freight carriers cannot deliver over steps. Free Standard Delivery does not include set-up or removal of packing materials. For these features, please consider White Glove Delivery or Tech Set-Up.
Atlantic Healthcare Products Certified White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery is a premium delivery option that provides added convenience of having your unit unpacked and set up by a trained technician. We will call and set up the delivery time frame.
The technician will:
- Bring the unit into your home
- Set it up where you request
- Inspect for shipping damage
- Remove all packaging material
- Ensure you understand how to use your new equipment
- Answer any questions you may have
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Due to some supply chain constraints some items are on back order. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Please have the delivery driver note the shipping document of the damaged box. If items are damaged in transit please photograph and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please email the damaged order information and photographs to [email protected].
Return Policy
Most new and unused/unopened merchandise with an original receipt or order confirmation may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
- All returns are subject to inspection. Items must be in a new, unused, resalable condition.
- We reserve the right to black light test any return.
- We reserve the right to deny any exchange or return.
- Items in the following categories may not be returned:
- Bath Safety, PPE, Hygienic Items, Stockings, Orthotics, Bedding, Cushions, CPAP
- Opened or used items.
- Items missing their original packaging, serial number, or UPC are not returnable.
- Lift Chairs, Scooters, Power Wheelchairs, and Special Orders may be subject to a restocking fee or deemed not returnable. Additional charges may apply upon inspection.
In-Store Returns:
- New and unused/unopened merchandise may be returned or exchanged in-store within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds under $50 with a receipt will be processed using the original form of payment.
- Any cash or check refunds over $50 with a receipt will be processed by issuing a company check within 14 business days.
- No Refunds are processed without a receipt.
- We reserve the right to deny any exchange or return.
- Atlantic Healthcare Products will offer store Credits on certain occasions.
Online Orders
- All returns for online orders need to be processed through your account at
- Create a Return Request.
- Once approved, we will send you an email within 1-2 business days containing easy and precise shipping directions, RMA #, and the appropriate return shipping address. Item(s) must be shipped within 14 days of RMA authorization. The customer is responsible for shipping fees.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required to qualify for a return. Items without an RMA # will not be accepted.
Item Return Request
- Login to www.Atlantichp.com.
- If you checked out as a guest and an online account was not created at the time of purchase, create one using the same email used at the time of the purchase. (Create Account Now).
- Click on My Orders
- Click on View for the order that you want to return the item(s) for
- Click on Return Item(s)
- Select the Quantity to Return for the item(s) you want to return
- Select the Return Reason and Return Action. If selecting "Other", please describe why a return/refund is being requested under the comment section
- Click on Send, and we will review your request within 1-2 business days
- Once your return is reviewed, an email will be sent to your email with further instructions
- The email will contain easy and precise shipping directions, RMA#, and the appropriate return shipping address if a return is approved. Item(s) must be shipped within 14 days of RMA authorization. The customer is responsible for shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
Refund Method for Returns/Refunds
- Refunds with Original Receipt:
- Refunds under $50, with a receipt, will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Refunds over $50, with a receipt, will be issued by company check within 14 business days.
- Refunds without Original Receipt:
- No Refunds are processed without a receipt.
- All refunds without a receipt will be processed in the form of store credit.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel orders before the order is picked up, delivered, or shipped. Click on the chat button to cancel an order or call one of our stores. If an order has been picked up, delivered, or shipped, you must follow the return process.
