Where to see rental items in person?

You can visit one of three locations, including two retail stores and a service center, to see the rental items firsthand.

What are the time frames for rentals?

The rental options include 3, 7, 14, and 28-day rental periods.

How to start the rental process?

You can conveniently rent online and complete the rental contract to set up your medical equipment rental. You can also choose between scheduled or immediate delivery or in-store pickup.

What happens at the end of the rental period?

At the end of the original rental period, your rental will automatically renew for a 28-day period. You can return your rental to one of our locations, or if you paid for delivery and pickup, simply call or text us.

What types of medical rental products are available?

We offer a wide range of medical rental products, including hospital beds, patient lifts, scooters, walkers, wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, cryotherapy systems, ramps, and more.

Is a deposit required for rentals?

Yes, a credit card on file is required for all rentals.

Do you provide delivery services?

We offer delivery services with flat fee options in Palm Beach County. A scheduled delivery is $35.00; Immediate Dispatch is $100.  

Are there purchase options available?

Yes, renters can convert some of the monies paid in rental towards the purchase of similar equipment.

Who is responsible for maintaining the rental equipment?

Renters are responsible for maintaining the equipment, but Atlantic Healthcare Products provides maintenance required per manufacturer specifications.

What is the condition of the rental equipment?

All rental products are serviced and cleaned with virucide cleaners per Accreditation Standards.

Is insurance coverage available for rental items?

Duplicate receipts are available for renters to use for reimbursement with insurance carriers. Medicare only covers certain rental items with authorized documentation. We offer a private rental option if you need equipment quickly until authorization is obtained. You can learn more about Medicare coverage through our Resource Center.
